AI Agile Assistant
From the Jira workspace, you can access the AI Agile Assistant through a dedicated tab.
On the app’s main page, you’ll see a summary of the last 24 hours. This overview shows how many tasks were added, removed, updated, and completed (Done), along with the team’s velocity, comparing yesterday with today. You can also view current sprint blockers and recent comments.
When more than one sprint is active, the app will display a selector so you can choose which sprint’s summary is shown.
To explore AI-powered insights and access the full panel for managing daily activities, click “Open AI Insights and Daily Assistant.”
Inside the AI Agile Assistant web page, you can start the daily meeting, track time, and record notes.
In this view, the summary is based on the time since the last daily meeting, not the last 24 hours.
Summary:
Added: Tasks added to the active sprint since the last period.
Removed: Tasks removed from the sprint since the last period (deleted task won’t be counted. Only removed from sprint). If a task that was recently added is removed, it won’t be counted as “Removed”; instead, it will reduce the “Added” count.
Changed: The number of tasks that were changed since the last period.
Blockers: Tasks that have linked issues marked as blockers.
Done: Tasks moved to the Done status since the last period.
Velocity: The number of Story Points moved to Done since the last period.
